Oro Valley, Arizona Oro Valley is tucked next to the Catalina Mountains just north of Tucson, Arizona. Most people are not aware of Oro Valley because Tucson is close by (a matter of miles). But the people who have found Oro Valley and settled there love it. Close to Tucson, a few miles from Interstate 10 via Tangerine Road and you are entering the Tucson-Phoenix corridor. Not that Oro Valley wants to be a part of the corridor, but that shows you haw fast this area is growing. Many nicer housing developments are situated in the area and more are coming. With its great access to Tucson you can spend the day in Tucson or just relax in Oro Valley. When visiting the Tucson area make sure you put Oro Valley on your list of places to visit.
